Que Sera

The other day I was randomly watching Hannah Montana and she sang this song called “Que Sera” so I looked up what it meant. It means whatever will be, will be. I think this is a true statement because you can’t change what people do or say then other things will be said or done. Going off of the first statement. So whatever will be, will be. You can’t change the future you just have to control your own actions in the first place to help the outcome become better. To think if people thought about the consequences before they did what they will do things would be so much better.  If some person thought before they killed someone they don’t realize how many things they are affecting friends, family, money for the funeral, what the people will do with the entire person’s stuff. It will always be burned in their memory forever. But Que sera because whatever will be will be. Just hope for the best.

Sometimes

                     Sometimes I wish I could go back to the day where the hardest thing I had to do was tie my shoes. Now I worry about everything and I just wish sometimes I could go back to the days.  All the time now I have to worry about making a mistake or to do my school work it’s so hard and sometimes I wish I could only have to worry about staying in the lines for coloring. Before drama was when someone stole your cookies at snack time now it’s a whole different story so sometimes I wish those were my problems. In the old days I worried about if I could bounce or even kick a ball ten feet. Now I worry if I can make the reverse layup in basketball, get fouled while doing that and make my free throws. Sometimes I wish it was that easy. All the things in the world I wanted when I was little money was no object to me, now I’m saving pennies for collage. It was so much easier when I was little. I miss those days but when I think back I was a lucky little girl and I have to grow up. Just sometimes I like my life right now I’ m pretty lucky for what I have. Because I know other people have way bigger issues.   

Justin Bieber: Never Say Never

If I could meet any celebrity in the world I think I would meet Justin Bieber. He officially has the best hair in the world. It’s so hot. Especially when he does his hair flip. Plus I love the songs he sings. He sings usually about girls without being disrespectful to them. When usually if men rappers rap about them it’s like all about how they make them do stuff and have all the power and control. It’s refreshing to hear something different. I just love him in general I would die to meet him. But it probably will never happen. Wait it actually might because I will Never Say Never.  

Kleinfeld

               When I am older there is a couple things I want to do. One of those things I want to do is go to Kleinfeld. It has the largest selection of bridal gowns in the world. Also it is home of the show to Say Yes to the Dress. I’m officially obsessed with that show. All these brides who find there perfect dress. It makes me so anxious and makes me want to go there as soon as possible. There is only one problem though………………….. I’m to young too get married. That put a damper on my thoughts of going there. Now I just have to wait till it’s my time so then I can go say yes to the dress.

Wesley Johnson VS: Lebron James (clear winner is Lebron)

               Wesley Johnson is a very talented player. A certain person in my language arts class believes he is the best but I disagree.  James is the best player of all times I believe. He can do it all and he has made the All-Star team every year since 2005. This is amazing considering what it even takes to get into the NBA.  I believe when it the end of his career (which will be in a long time) he will be in the hall of fame. This year LeBron left his old team the Cavs for the Miami heat to complete the fab 3. Lebron has played with 2 teams throughout his entire NBA career, Cleveland, Cavaliers and now the present day Miami Heat.  King James as he is so often called has so many accomplishments it’s impeccable. Two time best player in 2009-10, NBA rookie of the year in 2004, 7 time NBA all star 2005-11, NBA scoring chapion in 2008, 5× All-NBA First Team (2006, 2008–2011), 2× All-NBA Second Team (2005, 2007), 3× All-Defensive First Team (2009–2011), NBA All-Rookie First Team (2004), 2× NBA All-Star Game MVP (2006, 2008), Naismith Prep Player of the Year (2003). I think he is an amazing player and he will have lots of more accomplishments to come. Especially better than Wesley Johnson.

Small Steps

Small Steps is a runoff of one of the characters from the book Holes. The Character Armpit is finally home from the awful juvenile Camp Green Lake. This was a total lie because it was not green and there was no lake. That is kind of like Greenland, it is more icy than Green. It might confuse people because maybe they didn’t know this fact when they were prepared to go there and they packed all wrong. I didn’t know this fact, did you? Any way now that Armpit is home he is on this way to correct his life and no one can stop him not even a famous girl that comes into his life. Maybe that’s how love happens when you least expect it. Armpit for sure didn’t expect it.

Armpit didn’t meet his love till halfway through the book. Let me catch you up though till this point. Counseling is where the story begins. I think the advice the counselor gives Armpit is really good and it sends a good message.  “Life is like walking upstream in a rushing river.  The secret was to take small steps and just keep moving forward. If you try to make too big of a step the current would knock him down and bring him right back down stream.” I think this means set little goals in life and keep completing each one so it’s easier to get where you want to go.

Some of these small steps were to get a job, graduate from high school, save money, avoid situations that might turn violent, and loose the name Armpit. Throughout this book Armpit counteracts pretty much all of his goals. But somehow it all ends up being good in the end like any other book. Although it ended up being all good in the end there were lots of ups and downs to get to the place he wanted to be. This was right by the side of the love of his life Kaira DeLeon. They have moments where it seems as if this could never work out between them other times it seemed destiny. I guess all these relationships have these times though. It’s really special that there’s could pull through all that happened. Which was a lot but you have to read the book to find out the specifics.

Over all I thought this book was really good. I loved the plot there was action but also romance. The moral or message of the book was incredible. I loved that saying, it really motivates me. In this book everything seemed pretty bad at the moment but Armpit kept taking his small steps and got love when he least expected it. Which love is a wonderful ending to a great story.

Summer Vacation

18 more days of waiting. Waiting for what do you ask? Summer vacation which I cannot wish would come soon enough. I’m trying to wait patiently but I’m craving to sit out in the sun all day. Get a nice tan and to eat an ice pop. Yummy in my tummy. Also in the summer I get to go up to my cabin for 11 days over the 4th of July. We go boating, jet skiing, tubing, and almost all my family is up there. Oh so very much do I wish summer vacation would come.
